Pros

The company is well positioned in an interesting industry with fun products. It is better equipped to handle downturns than many of its competitors.

Cons

The company performance is highly subject to economic cycles. This makes a career there unpredictable at best.

Pros

Friendly, fun environment. Work isn't too stressful - you work where lots of people play. Pay is okay, perks are pretty good

Cons

Management can always use improvement, lots of gossiping goes on, management disconnect from what is going on at various locations.

Sold the bowling division

Pros

This company was always the number one name in bowling and they always paid the best and had the best benefits.

Cons

They sold the bowling division to their biggest competitor and did not make arrangements for grandfathering the benefits. Many lost vacation and holidays. We were not high paid executives. We were just hourly employees who some had spent a lifetime for this company.
