Pros

Challenging assignments, fair compensation and fun products. Large company with several business units worldwide which provides opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Traditional management structure, focus on quarterly results and slow to adapt to changing workforce expectations. Manufacturing locations generally not near urban centers.

Pros

This is a cool place to work. Lots of nice people to meet and a nice family atmosphere. Not very hard physically.

Cons

Sometimes it can get boring when it is slow, and when it's really busy we can be under staffed so it can be overwhelming.
