Pros

Chance for promotion is great all supervisors and managers are promoted from within. You are respected here unlike most places. Paid vacation and extra pay on holidays.

Pros

Absolute great accounts. The post I'm currently working at pays really well. I was even given signing bonus after 90 days. And its unarmed security. Great and proper equipment given for the tasks at hand.

Cons

However there are long shifts. They're not consistent in relieving shifts with proper coverage. I work nights and find myself constantly having to stay over way past my clock out time. Sometimes pulling complete double shifts. And their health insurance cost is really high. And company communication is only available if the employee goes to the office. They never physically check on you with good answers to your questions.
