      Brycon is a agile, sophisticated, and teaming General Contractor with expert employees that are even better people. The diversity of projects makes the atmosphere challenging and interesting.

      Pros

      Brycon has been a wonderful place to work. As a long term employee, I've seen Brycon grow and change, and in that time I have enjoyed the ride, and been given many opportunities to grow, learn and advance within the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes feel invisible in the name of company growth.

      Brycon cares for their employees by giving the best affordable benefits and reimbursable education opportunities to advance. Brycon takes for their Clients with Quality, Precision, and Purpose. Brycon has Integrity and plays by the rules. Brycon has a High Priority Safety Culture. Brycon promotes a working environment of treating each other with dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Personally I don't have any cons. You have a job description and get paid fairly for your performance.
