      Great People and a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Brycon has a lot of people who have worked here for 10+ years and the reason why is obvious. The company is tight-knit and takes good care of its employees. Brycon is small enough that you know people from each office, but big enough that you feel as if your job is secure and you are growing with the company.

      Cons

      Because of its recent transition from a small construction company to a larger, multi-state corporation, Brycon has communication issues between its offices. The management is still unclear of their vision for Brycon and that trickles down.
