      Pros

      Benefit package is good when compared to similar construction companies. Safety is of highest concern along. There is a bonus paid monthly if your crew is injury and incident free, which is a good incentive.

      Cons

      Some preferential treatment by foremen and supervisors for relatives and friends. As with all construction companies work comes and goes, so layoffs are quite frequent.

      Good Work Environment with fellow employees.

      Cons

      Management does not take care of employees. They are more worried about the bottom line then keeping the employees happy. Management thinks that employees will not leave.
