      Pros

      Great company to work for, they are a very professional group. The company allows its workers to grow and expand their knowledge through training. Similarly, the pay and benefits are great. Management is great, they are all very helpful and approachable.

      Pros

      supervisors get a bonus at the end of the year (they don’t tell the rest of their workers)

      Cons

      No breaks except for lunch. No incentive. Over worked groups of 2-3 electricians running multiple projects at once. Terrible management. Time off accrues after 16 months with company. No paid vacations.

      We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with some of your experiences at Brycon. You mentioned that you do not receive incentives or time off until 16 months of employment. Brycon offers monthly safety incentive programs; you should be receiving your awards through your Employee Recognition Program. In addition, Brycon has revised our Personal Time Off (PTO) policy. All employees start accruing PTO immediately, please contact your local Human Resources Generalist for more information.

      Bad management, no future

      Pros

      A place to build your resume until you find something better.

      Cons

      Little to no process standardization for all divisions. Low pay, not up to the industry standards. No future or room to move up unless you know the right people. Very set up in the old ways, not up to speed on technology and other essential processes in the industry. Bad management except from the CEO who is a decent person.
