      Great pay, bad work enviroment.

      Pros

      when there is work there is a lot of it so you can put in a lot of hours in a week. more hours = more pay.

      Cons

      The environment is bad. you don't feel valued as an employee and you are not given time to train. There is a lot of drama between the department heads that often spills into your day to day life.

      Ridiculous management practices, 10 hour days with only 45 minutes for lunch NO BREAKS.

      Brycon has a very good team who is helpful and they ensure you have a great job satisfaction. The leaders are very supportive and mentor your professional growth. Your ideas and innovative thought process is always encouraged by Brycon family.
