job was pretty simple and easy to get used to. pay was dependent on bonuses but enough opportunity to move on or transfer to another role. Heavily dependent on who/where you work

compensation was heavily favored for commissions, if the owners wouldnt change prices to accurately reflect market rates, pay can suffer.
