Pros

Supportive team environment and strong exposure to operations within multifamily property management. The role provides valuable experience across leasing, resident relations, delinquency management, and day to day property operations. There are opportunities to learn multiple aspects of the business and build a solid foundation in the industry.

Cons

At times, workloads and priorities can shift quickly, which requires strong time management and communication across teams. Like many fast-paced properties, balancing operational tasks with resident needs can occasionally be challenging.

Unorganized- low pay, high demand

Pros

Health, dental and vision insurance.

Cons

First off, I wouldn’t be in my position if I knew I wasn’t going to get the full pay intended for the job. Upper management constantly breathing down your neck to do more when you’ve done the most. Nothing will ever be good enough. Second, this company is so unorganized. They create switches at properties last minute so there are always things wrong within resident portals and they don’t have real SOP’s to follow. Basically prepare to get thrown to the wolves and not get any help from anyone. Community managers have no accountability so they’re always calling out sick/not coming to work, leaving early or coming in late because they’re salary employees. It sets a horrible example for the people who actually come to work and do their job. If there’s a problem with another employee there aren’t any steps to get them out of the company except to “push them out”. It’s completely unprofessional. Pay isn’t great, training is non existent. Bryten prides themselves on company culture… but where is the culture? Again, something non existent. No flexibility. Run, don’t walk.
