      Lots of help from my immediate team, other sister properties, and upper management. Lots of training and team building. Lovely People all across the company.

      Pros

      I feel like I am able I ask for help without feeling like a burden. I have felt respected and understood by my onsite team, asset director, and corporate team. We have informative meetings to let us know what is new for Bryten and the platforms that we use daily.

      Cons

      PTO and benefits are truly my only cons; they could definitely be better.

      High-growth company with strong career advancement opportunities, supportive leadership that encourages development and success, performance-driven culture where hard work is recognized and rewarded, engaging team culture with annual summer and holiday team-bonding events, above market compensation

      Cons

      Benefits could be less expensive with more options. This year they changed the available plans and it gave less options for each plan and spending more money each month
