We agree! We do have great team members that are helping shape the future of Bsquare. Company morale did have a low point in 2019 largely due to company transitions. Since early 2019 we've made significant changes in our leadership team that has led to a strong focus on our future and helped continue to improve our morale. Today our team has a positive outlook for our company. Thanks for sharing!

I'm glad you are enjoying our culture and paid parking (who doesn’t love paid parking!). 2019 was a tough year for us and we were also disappointed that we didn't grant bonuses. As we continue to move the business in a positive direction one of the items at the top of our list is to reinstate a bonus program. Our leadership team is very transparent about the state of the business and as soon as we are able to grant bonuses we will announce it company-wide.
