Pros

The team is formed out of engineers who are very friendly and knowledgeable. So, it is a healthy environment to be. Lots of interesting projects to work on. Great mentorship scheme. Awesome coffee.

Cons

From a student perspective, Trowbridge is not the ideal place to be, as it is harder to develop personally and professionally. The company's direction was not very clear.
