Pros

Lots of WinCE work, bringing up BSPs (Board Support Packages) and helping customers achieve their product goals. Good support from team members around the world.

Cons

I came in with fairly low expertise in WinCE but was billed out as a WinCE Expert. Made me feel like I had to put on airs for customers until I got my grounding in CE.

Good place to work, but not a great place for a career

Pros

A variety of interesting projects with various customers. Laid back, flexible schedule. A chance to expand your personal network as you partner with high profile companies on critical projects. If you can avoid the ridiculous management politics and stay 'billable', it is enjoyable.

Cons

Career advancement is limited. Entrenched management is based on longevity. This can be good, because they're loyal to bSquare, but don't have a breadth of actual management 'skill' or training.

Solid company, solid benefits, opportunity to work with a wide variety of embedded platforms. Great work-from-home policy.

Cons

Matrix org with too many non-technical management layers. Project managers aren't always technically savvy.
