Pros

Good wages and weekly pay

Cons

If you’re one minute late 3 times you will be fired. No exceptions. I was fired because I came to work late due to someone totaling my car. I called in advance, gave a police report and another supporting document . After all of this I was written up for lack of transportation. THIS IS NOT A STABLE PLACE TO WORK. LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING you could work here for 5 years and if you have something out of your control happen to you that prevents you from being at work at the scheduled time you could be fired. There is so leniency. This is not a company that cares about its employees.

Pros

Pay is decent for the work itself, not as decent when all the rules and policies are factored in however. Weekly paychecks. Solidarity with the fellow grunts that are stuck in this hell with you.

Cons

Overbearing management with irrational levels of seriousness towards every aspect of the job. Extremely inconsistent scheduling. Expect in excess of 10 days without a weekend. Outdated hiring and dress policies. Ridiculous turnaround rate. Company mindset seems to prefer hiring tons of naive or misinformed hopefuls into the meat grinder to maintain productivity rather than trying to keep employees happy enough to stay dedicated to the job. Unhappy, demoralizing, and overall soul-crushing work environment and culture. No freedom to move around, nonexistent opportunities for building relationships, talking amongst each other is not only discouraged it is actually a punishable offense. Strict tardiness policy. One minute late is an automatic write up. If traffic is a factor you and 2 other employees must have corroborating photographic evidence. If you need to call in it has to be done two hours beforehand so hopefully you woke up sick by at least 4:00 AM. Breaks or "moments" are only 20 minutes long for an 8 hour shift of constantly standing and / or walking. Etc...

Pros

Good pay, Relatively easy work.

Cons

Favoritism is rampant CEO gives no care to talk to you when he visits Managers are lazy and blame entry level workers for problems in the work place No motivation Do 1 thing wrong or you are late by a minute and you are fired. This company does not believe in chances or forgiveness No employee discount not even for your lunch You have 10 minutes for a break on a 8 hour shift and they love to threaten to take that away.
