Pros

They pay well for hourly work and you will get 40+ hours per week if you chose to work full time.

Cons

Management is a huge downside. They are unwilling or unable to fix minor changes that affect your day to day work. Again on management, they get their "Team Leaders" to do everything for them while they sit back in conversation for hours on end each day.

Hourly wage and nice coworkers.

Cons

All Deli Management, will literally treat Bucees employees like slaves. None of the shift leads, at the Temple location have the skills to lead, little lone manage people. Product is wasted, in addtion, productivity is squandered by managements inability to learn what is really going on during the three shifts. Other than just watching and threatening to watch employees on camera.
