Incredibly strict, but great pay.

Pros

Great pay Coworkers in the Deli were great. Hours were stable Double pay on holiday, but you have to work.

Cons

Strict dresscode Micromanaging No sitting at all on shift. No breaks, you sign away all your rights to one when you start. 5 minute "moment" to eat. NO DISCOUNTS Huge amount of food waste and none of the employees were allowed to take any of it.

Pros

If you are hired on full time, you will always be scheduled 40hrs. Never doubt that. If you get less, its only because you asked off. They pay you to work hard.

Cons

10 minute breaks, on your feet 8 hours straight, not able to sit.

Everything else,no breaks, no room for advancement unless you know how to brown nose.
