      Management is bad to the extreme; It is almost comical. If you manage to get 'favorite' status (most easily achieved by being young and good-looking), you might have a decent experience working at a Buc-ees. Having integrity and a solid work ethic means nothing to them. They watch you constantly on video but rarely, if ever, comment or make demands or suggestions based on these viewings, they just watch. It's creepy.

      Good pay good hours some cool managers. If you get on the managers good sides you'll most likely enjoy your job

      Cons

      Some of the managers don't even want to work there but are forced and you can tell they don't care about the job. Some managers will write you up for everything they can.

      Family environment, good pay, worked around college schedule, get to meet a lot of people

      Cons

      A lot of cleaning but that's what you sign up for, can't accept tips, may have to work overtime, dealing with rude customers
