      Pros

      Has unique items, nice bathrooms, and large selection of refreshments.

      Cons

      No sitting areas for those who buy food or older visitors. Most locations are large enough to put tables or chairs somewhere, inside or out!

      Just like any other job you will run into that one employee that you question how they got hired and why they won't get fired.

      Pros

      Good pay and good employees whom are drug free, tattoo free, smoke free environment. Full time means 40+ hours here and that is easy to get as they pay from the moment you clock in until you clock out. They encourage you to clock in at least 20 minutes early each day. So overtime pay happens on every check.

      Cons

      No chairs to sit in, no table to eat at, Not expected to take "breaks" or "lunch". You can "eat on the fly" if you are lucky. Very restrictive hiring practice = no visible tattoos, no smoking on the Buc-ee's property, no unnatural hair colors, no weird cuts, men hair had to be short. If you follow the food handlers course then you may become upset when your area is contaminated with food or chemicals by fellow co workers. The area we had to work in was not large enough and had to be used by several people - often at the same time so meat cross contamination was a big issue.
