Pros

Simply put the main reason that most people work and deal with the problems put forward to them by this company is simply for the high hourly pay that they afford to entry level positions. When your thirty minutes from a college town and pay $11.00 an hour as a base pay line your going to get people to work there.

Cons

To put it lightly, you are treated horribly by all levels of management above the team leaders, who for their part do their best to mitigate the damage from the higher ups. There really is no consideration for the employee's at all, best example of this is that you get five minutes for a 'snack' when your on an eight hour shift. Not to mention that the break is not guaranteed at all and is dependent upon a managers approval for you to get it at all.

Pros

high pay for low skill work, plenty of hours plus overtime given out, cool co-workers, you get paid every Friday.

Cons

Employee parking lot infested with bugs, flies liter work area, highly stressful environment, management is incompetent, only one fifteen minute break allowed and you have to stand up during it, 8 hour shifts only and you get a little 15 minute break that you can't even sit during.

Pros

The pay is nice and met nice co-workers.

Cons

Quite a bit of negative. Overworked for long shifts with barely anytime to sit down and enjoy a meal. Only 20 minutes off of your feet for a 7 to 10 hour shift! I also need some days off for the fall and they were giving me crap of taking too many days off, but the days off are a month between each other. I worked every single weekend and they give me crap about taking a weekend off due to a PLANNED VACATION and PLANNED SURGERY. I also am in so much pain after each shift cause you can't leave your register and just stand there. Oh, and they overwork those who are also taking college classes at the same time and won't work around your class schedule unless you beg on your knees to management. I am submitting my two weeks when I go into work next shift.
