Pros

Entry level retail experience, work with top luxury brands, central London location

Cons

=extremely hard internal progress, unless you are favourite by top managers =toxic work environment, no support from management =not great work and life balance require do overtime that mostly not paid =senior manager lead by blaming and shaming, manager is the BOSS, no team spirit =hard to meat sales targets and very limited sales commission, managers interested facilitate only they own clients with sales. No opportunity to grow =unorganised work ethic, have to deal with huge amount back of house duties and jobs where needed people not been hired like cleaning and administration stuff

Pros

The company has ensured we have been looked after during the difficult times - was paid 100% through the furlough period, this could have been very different, and no sales jobs have gone. have done luxury for many years not that different to other brands in how things work.

Cons

Commission needs to be clearer Higher staff discount would be nice
