An absolutely shambolic company that makes you feel utterly worthless . This along with management bullying staff into leaving and hiring cheaper help to save even more money.
Management have no desire to assist you with colleagues nor do they have any desire to help with returning clients. This along with certain colleagues that get special privileges that have access to the most sought after watches.
Benefits are non existent as you have to sell a certain amount of watches per month (16) in order to get your underwhelming 0.5% commission.
Yearly basic salary can be anything from £22000-£25000 which for some of the more seasoned sales advisors is totally unacceptable as the commission can be out of reach for the majority of staff. (See above)
All in all a wholly forgettable company that should be avoided at all costs.
