-no structure, little support from higher management - blame culture, dog eat dog culture, sink or swim culture, - favouritism - no recognition, credit or appreciation - too many restrictions in selling, hands were tied, no fun in selling, micromanagement - toxic environment/ management styles, lack of social intelligence in management -fickle commission schemes - lack of luxury attitudes -super high staff turnover, poor staff retention -management lack people/interpersonal skills. -closed minded/ negative attitudes/mindsets - if you are a person of colour you probably won't progress far (unless your chinese) - unrealistic expectations in work load versus delivering excellent customer service, never enough staff to give consistent high level of service.

Senior management apply a blame culture with no interest in supporting and developing staff. Amateur Machiavellian tactics are used to manage out good staff to hide the inadequacies of management. No point going to HR as they are not there for the people.
