Pros

Great working with all the different watch brands. Lovely team that work on the sales floor and head office staff are friendly and kind.

Cons

Senior management apply a blame culture with no interest in supporting and developing staff. Amateur Machiavellian tactics are used to manage out good staff to hide the inadequacies of management. No point going to HR as they are not there for the people.
