The last 5 years have been our best run in total company performance since moving to Idaho. Our core values are highly visible and integrated with all aspects of company culture and used as a guidance system for decision making. We also have regular "HR Free" team meeting with our manufacturing associates to get feedback and make adjustments. Some of our best changes have come from these meetings.

Management and Executive Management are 'employee driven'. Benefits are very good. Compensation is competitive. Employees are respected and treated well. Organizational climate and culture are positive.
