      Pros

      Good hours 8am-5/6pm but when its the Holidays you can stay until 8/9pm. Good 401K and insurance

      Cons

      Low retention rate. Constantly having different people work in packing. Rude people and they can/will start fights on the floor. Lots of work for little pay. Brought in a whole other production line and management still expected us to do the same quality of work along with other responsibilities with no pay increase.

      The pay is good that's it

      Cons

      They make you wash meat off that falls on the floor and still package it.,they also repackage expired and outdated meat with new dates, plus you work in 28° very cold
