Pros

The people I worked with were great. I was able to learn a lot, I grew and had the freedom to implement processes that suit my style of work.

Cons

There are days I felt like the drive to St Thomas was stressful, especially during road construction. The pay is not competitive especially when compared to the work required to deliver a high quality product.
