You got hands on experience in cable. Some decent trainers and on field supervisors.
Cons
-Terrible treatment by supervisors to the point they humilate and verbally abuse technicians -Hardly any raises are given out to workers -Expected to do alot and get paid little -Employees like to gossip -No benefits even though job has a high risk for injury -Favoritism amongst certain employees based on affliation -Company insurance is too expensive
