Business Outlook
Pros
~ do not have to write IEPs/go to IEP meetings as a Prep Teacher ~ work with many wonderful teachers & staff, supervisor is great! ~ work with a variety of students (AS, MDS, ES of all grades)
Cons
~ students have very challenging behaviors and needs ~ administration does not seem to care about the day-to-day needs of the students or teachers, many of my coworkers felt that they had little to no support. ~ the many levels of administration lead to a lack of organization. ~ classrooms are closing & being absorbed by districts
