You meet some great people there. Insurance benefits are good .

Cons

There are to many employees who think they are management . The para educators are underpaid and severely under trained . Teachers are underpaid compared to just about every Bucks school district . There are not enough staff in rooms to support the teachers . Everyday you are being physically and emotionally attacked by students . Co workers careers have been ruined by severe concussions caused by students . Most rooms are severely understaffed .
