The owners and upper management are unpredictable, unprofessional, and greedy. This company has had issues with being truthful regarding their jewelry practices and it runs into how they run their business. The husband and wife owners run this company on ego and micro aggressions. Discussing and disclosing other employees personal and health information to upper management and coworkers. I witness many racist, homophobic, and fat shaming undertones coming from the owners to employee’s which left me confused on where I was working after they sold me on an inclusive work place. They had three stores that recently unionized and then they sold them because they could not profit off the backs of the staff anymore.
