the people (bosses and coworkers) are generally good. it's never boring, learning about fashion is fun, and you make great friends.

Cons

It's actually insane how little it pays for the responsibilities. for how stressful and demanding the job is, it should pay twice as much. Buffalo Exchange likes to try it's best to operate like it's the navy, but it's always chaos. it is a dead end job. super draining with strict rules. it's the upper management and policies that will test you. you will be taken advantage of as a part-time employee because they will have you work full time hours without the status.

The only pro is getting access to cool clothes and trauma bonding with your other cool coworkers

Cons

Horrible management. Micro managing on every single level you can think of. Child-like, rude, deceitful and will not train you properly. Main manager has been there for 10 years and has a very much ‘ride or die’ mentality when it comes to this job. I did the math and at our location the turnover rate was 70%.

Will punish you for taking sick leave Management wont have your back against rude customers. They will even write you up about it. Will fire you if you need medical attention
