Pros

Fun environment, lots of bonuses, great if you love fashion, meet a lot of interesting people, good music, laid back, charitable company. Working retail is never going to be amazing but Buffalo Exchange was the best retail experience I ever had, it's a great company that I still support.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like was the heavy focus on walking in circles and chatting up customers when there was hardly anyone in the store, you end up feeling like a creep just wandering and annoying people for the sake of showing the manager you're engaging with customers.

Amazing co-workers and supervisors, accepting of diverse personal styles, positive work environment, lots of training, loyal customers, a company that is interested in the well-being of its employees

Cons

Working with used clothing can be dusty, and some difficult customer situations can arise. Otherwise, it is a very enjoyable company to work for. You do have to work hard-- it is a fast paced environment, and it requires a lot of practice to become good at buying, but it is worth it.
