Getting first dibs on great clothes was the only perk.

There is no work life balance, you're dead exhausted after every shift, management is exploitative of workers, asking the moon from workers for pennies on the dollar, 25 cent raises and expecting workers to be grateful for it, NO UNION for protection from the predation.
