Pros

Great staff felt like a family

Cons

Pay was terrible even after being promoted to manager I only made $10 and I was only allowed to work 39 hours a week so they didn’t have to give me benefits

Pros

I loved working with the kids, always new bears to be excited about and they do try to have a fun working environment.

Cons

Stressful, constant pressure to meet goals but little to no reward for meeting them, forced to work on days off due to low staff but was given no support by higher ups when it came to hiring.
