Pros

The company really does value its staff and has a good team based environment. I had different managers over the time there and each one treated us differently but not truly bad ones. Maybe just a little disorganised at times. Staff discount Flexibility Decent hours offered Special awards and freebies from the company A good place to grow and train up the ladder

Cons

Disorganised at times Some gossip and clickiness among staff You can't change your apparance (tattoos, piercings or hair dye) You get the staff t-shirt for free but you're required to pay out of your own money for the rest of the clothes, and they're really specific what shoes and trousers you have to buy, so you most likely don't already own the clothes they want you to wear.
