Pros

I have made really good friends with other bear builders, and the genuine happiness you can bring from just building a bear for a child.

Cons

I can sympathise myself to nursery teachers, as should be paid more because of the amount of hard work you need to put in and constant energy for all the children. Also, it doesn't help when their is favouritism by the management.

Pros

If you're interested in retail this is a great place to start , Co workers and managers almost like family ! :) I've learned how to exceed in my sales plus I get to basically play with toys all day ,who can bear that! ?

Cons

It can be a tedious job at times , especially when you host a party and the birthday kid doesn't want to play games but other than that it's almost a stress free environment.

Pros

Pleasant and clean working environment, positive customers making the job a lot easier, easy to get cover for work, can work around your studies, good customer service and retail experience, simple job for easy money.

Cons

Lack of training, so you have to pick it up as you go apart from the basics such as how to stuff a bear and what to say to the customers, but can often be difficult to answer customers questions because you don't get told much. Pushing you to try and sell everything and anything which does not give the staff any benefit what so ever, poor incentives and competitions between staff that don't even work, time goes really slow, having to greet every single customer and ask them the same questions takes it out of your emotions, or having to stand outside the shop trying to get the customers in, managers are always on your back so you can never relax or take initiative.
