Pros

good for part time work while at school/uni, discount on bears

Cons

Bad management - treated staff like children and used fear as a motivational tool to get staff to work harder and to try and sell more. You are severely underpaid for the kind of work you are doing, not trained well, watched constantly to see if you are doing your job properly, and at the time I was only allowed 4 hour shifts at a time, which when you are under 18 the cost of commuting seriously cuts into the amount of money you are earning. I would not recommend, was not worth what they paid
