      Could have been so much more at the right store

      Pros

      It's a great place to say you work at. I loved seeing all the little kids making furry friends and celebrating different things. They have good benefits for part time managers, paid days off, birthday paid, holiday pay, medical/dental benefits.

      Cons

      They do not care about the concerns of anyone other than store manager. No hotline for internal issues, no accountability for manager. On a busy day with poor organization it can make for a very long shift and unhappy guests. Heavily reply on guest feedback.

      Pros

      Fun working with kids. Pretty flexible hours

      Cons

      Horrible, prejudiced management. I recently resigned due to inappropriate and inconsistent management practices and after turning in my letter of resignation, management retaliated with threats of firing me for fraud and made me write another letter under duress, resigning on the spot.

      Pros

      If you like being around kids, this is a good job because there are swarms of kids here all day long. Pretty easy going job.

      Cons

      Management is unorganized and inconsiderate. Often schedules you the next day without telling you, makes you stay late w/o asking. Demands that you push people to buy more expensive things. After letting them know I was quitting, they told me I "couldn't quit" because I wasn't at my new job as long and they had me first, and that they would take it out on other employees if I quit. I lived far away and they knew this, yet would constantly send me home after only two hours of work because we were slow.
