Pros

I had an amazing time working at BAB. My coworkers were amazing, and my managers were always caring and encouraging. When upper level management set an unrealistic goal, the store managers were sure to communicate that all we can do it try our best.

Cons

Upper management didn't always seem connected to the ins and outs of daily life in the store. Great people and very kind, but they would set some ridiculous goals. Also, pretty low pay

Awful pay and micromanaging and no actual team, bonus' are paid by every $1 you work, tips get stolen from you
