Pros

great work-life balance. 40 hour week. They treat all employees like family. Fortune 500 best place to work rating!

Cons

lots of different messages to relay to the guests making the checkout process lengthier than necessary.

Pros

Great people. Caring team that really acts like a family.

Cons

There is no room for advancement. They say that they will train you to move up but never do and as soon as a position opens, they hire from outside the company because no one inside is ready is what they say. Well train us then and stop just saying you will.

Pros

The kids are really great.

Cons

You don't get any hours. They always want you to buy new uniforms. Store make 10k a day minimum but pay workers 9a hour. Never was given a raise. No room to expand or grow. Managers play favorites. There's always the favorites with 30 hours while others get 9. Managers feel they should pay employees less. Employees do everything while they hang out in the front and gossip.
