Build.com Response
11yThe last few surges of growth have been very frustrating and stressful. Not only to employees, but to customers as well.
We've been met with a wall of calls and we've resorted to some drastic measures to ensure that we continue to serve our customers with the same level of service we would expect if we were buying our home improvement products from someone else.
It can not be denied that we've asked other departments outside of sales to step up and help handle customers to prevent atrocious hold times. Some have risen to the challenge valiantly, others haven't been so happy with the request.
I'm sorry that we didn't provide you with adequate training, that was most likely an oversight or something that was lost in translation. It sounds like you are miserable here, and for that I am sorry. I strive to make Build.com one of the best places to work in Chico.
Despite your dissatisfaction, we wish you luck in your future exploits!
