Pros

Awesome atmosphere, opportunities for growth within and a leadership team that fosters employee happiness and well being.

Cons

It's tough to crave fruit that is not in season and is therefor unavailable in the break room. The company is growing so quickly it's hard to remember names and more often, faces.
