Pros

BuildFire is a fast pace company building cutting-edge technology. I usually get bored after a year or two. However, It has been four years and I'm still happy to come in every day. Because BuildFire is a platform it feels like you are working on different projects every month.

Cons

While we never work overtime or weekends. We are busy while we are at work. It is fast paced and may not be the right fit for people who are not used to a highly energetic environment.

Pros

This is a pretty tough question. At first it was great, then it became a place of just get your work done and that's about it. Hard to say if I can really find a PRO besides working on the product was fun at times, but it's also built int a way that will crash overtime. So fun product, but it's a ticking time bomb where no one really knows how to fix the database issues.

Cons

Working at BuildFire is a place where you feel as if you're a number and the team size is very small. I've left with some other employees because we felt we were treated unfairly in many situations. If you just look at other reviews of the company you will see what I am talking about. They are essentially selling snake oil to customers every day. Having promises that they cannot deliver, stating features they don't have, and I simply didn't feel comfortable working in a place like that or working with a team that thinks that is OK.
