Pros
BuildOps has some of the most talented and driven people I've ever met. They maintain an incredible culture by quickly weeding out the bad fits, which is only bad news for toxic people. The leadership on the sales org is TOP notch. They are intelligent, open-minded, and foster a collaborative environment where reps are free to express their opinions. I've learned from previous sales positions that the only thing worse than questions that can't be answered, are answers that can't be questioned. I'm so grateful to be apart of this amazing team, company, and mission.
Cons
Not actually a 'Con' but, the price for being on a rocket ship is the bar is set higher everyday. If you're not driven to be continuously better, this won't be for you.
