Design departments are not supported. Design team members must organize and and coordinate not only the the departments materials for each location but must also meet a minimum sales per year in order to qualify for assistant help. If help is hired the design associate must also train new associates while juggling the maintenance of show rooms, new clientele, on going projects, and personal trainings.
