      Work and life balanced. They want there employees to take time off. They push to get everything done in 8 hours

      Cons

      They use the family atmosphere slogan but it’s not. They treat there employees as numbers instead of a human being They have hard working employees but don’t compensate them well. They do things as a check off mark to make it seem they care but don’t They are not engage what really goes on in the warehouse

      This company has been doing a wonderful job at keeping employees working professional and really safe, we been working with accidents free, and it’s been really great being able to learn how to operate every equipment safe.

      Cons

      They could take care of there employees, who works harder and professionally, and see who actually are the ones that are focus on becoming more successful.
