Pros
If you are part of the clique it might be bearable. You'll get decent experience for as long as you survive here. It's better than nothing but only slightly.
Cons
-People in IT are fired almost weekly for no reason. -If you aren't part of the clique you will be treated awfully and eventually be forced out. -Management is awful, particularly for the network team. Everyone above management is equally bad. -Micromanagement reigns supreme. -Most of the good people have left. -Promotions don't happen. They would rather hire less qualified people from outside the company.
