I have been with BMIC for 1 year. Coming from a large Insurance entity I welcomed the change in culture. BMIC truly is committed to the success of their employees which is solidified by the numerous educational/training opportunities offered for professional development. I come to work knowing that it is not a one-man show but a true group effort towards the success of the company. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out, if needed. I am very happy that I am a part of this team with fantastic Leadership Team, and look forward to many more years with Builders Mutual.
Cons
When inclement weather decides to show up the entrance to BMIC reminds me of an ice rink ... but other than that I wish I had found this company earlier in my career.
