Good ole boys club . Senior leadership severely lacks diversity and always has.. Talk a good DEI game with cute programs but no action. Simply take a look at a group picture of senior leadership (1 is not enough, that’s a quota token) and board team . NEVER been a minority on the Board in 25+ years . Feels like we are still in the 1960s. All they throw around is culture this , culture that, but what about value . ….fails to realize a huge part of culture is seeing inclusion happening in high authority positions. It’s sad to see.

Leadership and Board is weak with absolutely no diversity and therefore does not accept variety of or opposing ideas; pay for some groups well below market especially for high volume of work; technology way behind limiting ability of staff to functionally serve customers.
